SERVICES WE OFFER

The best engineer a few decades ago was someone who could
create the most beautiful beam or structure; today it's to do a
structure you cannot see or understand how it's done.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

Our structural design service comprises a spectrum of requirements like new construction, renovation, expansion, addition & alterations. We perform advanced analysis using the latest software for extensive structural analysis and abide by the codal provisions of our constitution. We design structures for factors like Wind, seismic, vibrations, fire resistance, other induced & operational forces.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING

  • RCC structures
  • Steel Structures.
  • Warehouse & PEB structures.
  • Composite structures
  • Space structures.
  • Culverts.
  • PT structures.
  • Ferrocement structures.

We also extend our support in temporary structures like formwork, scaffolding, platforms & earth-retaining structures that are not part of permanent structures.

STRUCTURAL STABILITY CERTIFICATION

A structural stability certificate is an essential document that certifies the stability of a building’s structure, i.e., whether the structure is sound and meets the required safety standards. The certificate is provided for all type of structures like residential, commercial & industrial. This certificate is a compulsory document provided by a Registered Structural Engineer after a thorough assessment of the components of structure since it is mandatory by law in many cities and States.

The certificates are issued in 2 cases, one is that when a new structure is to be constructed & for which its required during the approval phase. Second one is when an addition or alterations are made to a structure. The certificates are also mandate for leasing a commercial spaces & also for industrial structure Licensing.

STRUCTURAL AUDITS

We provide complete assistance in the structural audit investigation of products, materials, structures or components that fail or do not function as expected. Structural audit is the technical survey of the building in order to check its strength, stability and extent of damage during its service period. It covers the examination of the existing frame and highlights the weak or damaged structural members. Our team is capable of narrowing down on the cause of failure in very less time and also suggests suitable remedial measures.

  • We perform
  • NDT Testings
  • Fire damage assessment
  • Assessment for lifting feasibility

RETROFITS & REHABILITATION

In the retrofitting process of the structure, we undergo a thorough investigation, Evaluation & Analysis are made and we propose with a best suitable retrofit strategy that would be cost-effective and practically applicable. Commercial, residential & industrial Structures are greatly enhanced through retrofit or rehabilitation. Retrofitting is an important part of the construction field. Retrofitting services are provided for various reasons; 1. In case, a building is in need of repairs due to natural calamities or a building which might not have been maintained properly. 2. In case, when there might be floor extensions of buildings

We assist you with…

  • Industrial retrofit
  • Retrofit for enhanced loads
  • Seismic load
  • Repairs & restorations

PMC & PRE-TENDER ESTIMATIONS SERVICES

Project management is the discipline of using established principles, procedures and policies to successfully guide a project from conception to completion. We offer quantity survey, cost estimation and material management.

To provide comprehensive project management services across all construction disciplines to ensure timely, cost - effective and high-quality deliverables. We work for project optimization through timely advise, cost and quality managements by setting up control systems and frameworks for project success.
The pre-tender estimate (PTE) is the final estimate of the likely cost of the works that are described in completed tender documents prepared to seek tenders (offers) from prospective suppliers. The pre-tender estimate itself is not included in the tender documents.
It provides a final comparison with the budget, and along with the cash flow estimate enables the client to confirm that sufficient funds are available before committing to seeking tenders.
